More & more Indians are going online. Ecommerce companies, cab & food aggregators etc. are experiencing exponential growth in all corners of India.
So now the questions arises should a dentist adventure online. If yes, what is the R.O.I expected ?
Here are my brief responses
1) Study your state of practice carefully before embarking in online advertising forays. Online advertising is not for everybody. Let the professionals decide what is good for your practice.
2) Have trained staff to answer phone calls. There is no point advertising on the net & then there is nobody in the clinic to properly answer phone calls.
3) Develop a good website. If you do not have the time & energy to develop & maintain a very attractive website than it is better not to have one.
4) Do not waste time & energy to do advertising & marketing yourself. It well not lead you anywhere & you will waste money.
5) Start small & then gradually scale it up.
6) Give sufficient time for any marketing initiatives to work.
7) A practice newsletter will give MUCH BETTER R.O.I. over a period of time.
8) Finally take to professional help from the right person.
The number of internet users are rising exponentially in India. Any marketeer has to make his presence felt online.
But healthcare marketing has to handled differently than other marketing.
Hope the above helps.
